Proposal photographer in Mississauga
The question, captured the second it happens — discreetly, in Mississauga's most beautiful spots.
Proposal · from $400
Proposing in Mississauga? You've picked a city with genuinely beautiful, varied places to ask the question — and capturing that exact moment, as it happens, is what I do. A surprise proposal session means I'm there before you arrive, positioned discreetly, ready to photograph the second you get down on one knee. She won't know I'm there until it's done.
Mississauga has some of the best proposal settings in the GTA. Port Credit harbour at golden hour, with sailboats and warm light off the lake. Kariya Park, a hidden Japanese garden with bridges and koi ponds, intimate and quiet. Rattray Marsh, where the boardwalk meets the shoreline. Jack Darling Park and Adamson Estate for open lakefront and heritage grounds. Each one offers privacy and beauty — and I know which spots stay calm at the times that matter.
Here's how it works: we have a planning call before the day, where you tell me your timing, which direction you'll approach from, and any signal you want to use. I scout the position, blend into the surroundings as another person enjoying the park, and capture the whole sequence — the walk up, the moment, the reaction. Afterwards, once she's said yes, we can do a short 15–30 minute portrait session right there to celebrate, so you leave with both the candid moment and beautiful couple portraits. Coverage starts at $400, and because I'm based nearby in Etobicoke, Mississauga proposals are easy to schedule.

Mississauga session questions
Where are the best proposal spots in Mississauga?
Port Credit harbour is the standout — golden-hour light off the lake with sailboats behind you. For something more intimate and hidden, Kariya Park's Japanese garden is beautiful and private. Rattray Marsh and Jack Darling Park offer natural lakefront settings.
How does a surprise proposal shoot work?
We have a planning call before the day to confirm timing, your approach direction, and a signal. On the day, I arrive early and position discreetly — blending in as another visitor — then capture the entire moment as it unfolds. She won't know I'm there until after.
Do you do photos after she says yes?
Yes — most couples add a short 15–30 minute portrait session right after the proposal to celebrate. You leave with both the candid surprise moment and beautiful couple portraits in the same location.
How much does a proposal photographer in Mississauga cost?
Proposal coverage starts at $400. That includes the planning call, discreet coverage of the moment, and the edited gallery. The short celebration portrait session after is included.
How far in advance should I book?
Book 2–4 weeks ahead if you can, so there's time for the planning call and to scout the location together. If your timeline is tighter, reach out anyway — Mississauga is close to my Etobicoke base, so short-notice sessions are often possible.
What if it rains on the day?
We always have a weather backup. If conditions turn, we either shift to a covered nearby spot or adjust timing. I'll talk you through the contingency during the planning call so there's no stress on the day.
